The focus of our practice is the collection of funds or asset recovery on a secured or unsecured basis for commercial clients on commercial transactions, although the firm also does a significant amount of non-commercial collection work as well. We have substantial experience in obtaining pre-judgment security and recovering fraudulently conveyed assets. In addition, we bring post-judgment collection proceedings by way of depositions in enforcement proceedings and the levy of executions.
