Irina concentrates her legal practice on both litigation and estate planning. In her litigation practice, Irina focuses on civil, commercial, family law and probate disputes and has represented a broad range of clients, including large financial companies, estates, and individuals. Irina also assists individual clients with organizing and implementing their estate planning goals, which often involves drafting a broad range of estate planning documents, including wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and trusts.
Before The Badger Law Group LLP
Irina began her legal practice after graduating from Suffolk University Law School, magna cum laude, in 2001, where she was the associate managing editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and authored a note titled Prior Restraint on Speech and Workplace Discrimination: The Clashing of Two Fundamental Rights.
Upon graduating from law school, Irina practiced as a litigation associate at the former Boston law firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, where she handled a variety of commercial litigation matters, including employment, securities, and contract litigation. While at Testa, Irina devoted a significant amount of time to pro bono work and successfully represented asylum seekers before the Department of Immigration. In June 2003, Irina joined our predecessor firm, Badger, Dolan, Parker & Cohen, where she began to focus her practice on civil, commercial, and probate litigation, as well as family law. Since the inception of the Badger Law Group, Irina has expanded her legal practice to include estate planning.

Outside legal practice, Irina has developed a strong interest in teaching and has taught as an Adjunct Professor of English at Suffolk University.
