We are next to the Old State House, near Boston City Hall. By Car Please note that public parking garage rates in the area can be rather steep. From Logan Airport: From airport follow signs for Ted Williams Tunnel. Take Exit 24 to Route I-93 North into Liberty Tunnel and stay in the right lane. At end of ramp, stay on the left and proceed through the traffic light onto North Street. You will pass Quincy Market on the left. At end of street, turn left onto Congress Street. At next intersection (State Street), bear right on an angle onto Devonshire Street. Public underground parking garage is in the first block, on the right, just past J. Pace Son. From Points North: Route 93 South over Zakim/Bunker Hill Bridge into tunnel. Take Exit 24A for Government Center and follow signs for Government Center. At bottom of exit, turn right onto Clinton Street. Turn left onto North Street. You will pass Quincy Market on the left. At end of street, turn left onto Congress Street. At next intersection (State Street), bear right on an angle onto Devonshire Street. Public underground parking garage is in the first block, on the right, just past J. Pace Son. From Points West: Mass. Pike (I-90 East) to Exit 24B (I-93 North) into Liberty Tunnel. Stay in right lane. Take exit 23 toward Government Center, stay in left lane. Follow signs for Government Center. At end of ramp, stay on the left and proceed through the traffic light onto North Street. You will pass Quincy Market on the left. At end of street, turn left onto Congress Street. At next intersection (State Street), bear right on an angle onto Devonshire Street. Public underground parking garage is in the first block, on the right, just past J. Pace Son. From Points South: Route 93 N (Fitzgerald/Southeast Expressway) Proceed into Liberty Tunnel, staying in right lane. Take Exit 23, Government Center, stay in left lane. At end of ramp, stay on the left and proceed through the traffic light onto North Street. You will pass Quincy Market on the left. At end of street, turn left onto Congress Street. At next intersection (State Street), bear right on an angle onto Devonshire Street. Public underground parking garage is in the first block, on the right, just past J. Pace Son. By Public Transportation General Note: One State Street is accessible via all subway and train lines: Orange, Green, Red, Blue and via Commuter Rail and Amtrak to North Station and South Station, and many bus routes. Orange Line - State Street: (estimated walking time - less than 1 minute) Exit train and follow signs marked "Old State House." ("State Street"?) At top of stairs, through turnstiles, turn right and exit building. (If you exit onto a street, you are on opposite side.) One State Street is directly across pedestrian walkway (second door to the right, facing Old State House). Green Line - Government Center: (estimated walking time - 3 minutes) Exit station and turn right. Walk to the right of City Hall and turn right on pedestrian plaza between two buildings (One Washington Mall on right, 28 State Street on left). At intersection, Old State House is directly ahead. One State Street faces the opposite side of Old State House. Red Line - Park Street: (estimated walking time - 5 minutes) Take exit for Park Street, at edge of Boston Common. Go straight ahead down Tremont Street, toward Government Center. At Court Street, turn right. At first traffic light, Old State House is directly ahead. The entrance to One State Street is to the right of Old State House, directly across pedestrian walkway. Blue Line - State Street: (estimated walking time - less than 1 minute) Exit train and follow signs marked "Old State House." ("State Street"?) At top of stairs, through turnstiles, turn right and exit building. (If you exit onto a street, you are on opposite side.) One State Street is directly across pedestrian walkway (second door to the right, facing Old State House). Commuter Rail - North Station: (estimated walking time - 15 minutes) Exit train and take a left (if you are near McDonald's or Dunkin Donuts you've gone the wrong way). Exit the station, cross the street heading right, and take a left onto Canal Street. Walk up Canal Street until you reach an intersection. Cross the street (Kaplan and Dunkin Donuts will be on your right) onto Congress Street. Continue straight (past Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market on left) to intersection at State Street. Turn right, and Old State House is on the right. Entrance to One State Street faces opposite side of Old State House. Commuter Rail and Amtrak - South Station: (estimated walking time - 12 minutes) Exit station at main entrance and go diagonally across the intersection. Follow the sidewalk along Summer Street (toward Fiduciary Trust building) one short block. Cross the next street (Purchase Street) at the crosswalk. Go straight through the pedestrian plaza (Fiduciary Trust building is on the left) to Federal Street. Go three blocks to the end of Federal Street and turn left onto Milk Street. At the next intersection, turn right onto Devonshire Street. Go two blocks to Old State House, on left. Turn left at pedestrian walkway just before Old State House. One State Street is second door on left. MBTA Bus Service Route 92 (Assembly Square Mall-Downtown) - Stops at Old State House on Devonshire Street. Route 93 (Sullivan Square Station-Downtown) - Stops at Old State House on Devonshire Street. Route 352 (Burlington-Boston) - Stops at Old State House on State Street. Route 354 (Woburn Express-Boston) - Stops at Old State House on State Street. Route 355 (Mishawum Station-Boston) - Stops at Old State House on State Street.
